Shinning Star Day Home is a registered privately owned child day home service that is located in Yellowknife and is designed with a local feel to look after and serve the needs of our community.

 

We are located at 135 Jeske Crescent, in the City of Yellowknife NT.

Our main objective is to offer interactive fun and quality early childcare services for children under the age of 8 years old. 

 

We adhere to all requisite and regulatory requirements, and we strive to meet and exceed parents and guardians’ expectations.

 

We  provide a safe and clean day home that is comfortable and carries a positive happy environment space for children in our community where our children can explore, bond, and imagine.

Stella Chimutashu, the owner operator is an accomplished mother and grandmother that has successfully raised children of her own.

 

Stella has a wealth of relevant experience spanning over decades in dealing with children, teenagers, challenged and handicapped individuals and the elderly.

We pride ourselves on having a committed and  experienced owner operator educator building relationships based on trust and security for both parents and children.
